Toddlers stuck inside toy vending machines -- the trend goes Down Under!

How did I miss these? Maybe because all of these incidents happened in Australia!

Three-year-old Joshua Bishop of Fulham Gardens (Australia) climbed into the skill tester (aka toy vending) machine at a Christies Beach play cafe and get a Pokemon toy. However, he managed to climb back out without help! (October 2008)

A two-and-a-half year-old boy got stuck in a toy vending machine at the Oasis Shopping Village in Palmerston (in Australia). (December 6, 2008)

Toddler Lachlan Stevens managed to crawl inside a toy vending machine at the Centro Gympie shopping centre in Australia. (February 24, 2009)

Is keeping little kids away from toy vending machines the lesson learned here?
