Beware the Ides of April (well, not really).

Today is April 15th. Normally, today would be the dreaded Tax Day. But this year, April 15th fell on a Sunday. But wait! Monday is April 16th, and that is Emancipation Day in Washington, D.C., which happens to be a holiday for the District. So this year, Tax Day is April 17th.
